  What's not to like about a small out of the way place steps away from the beach? Sandy Shoes is an older mom-and-pop type that we found when our hi-rise reservations in Melbourne Beach fell through. We were glad those plans didn't work out! We had a 1 bedroom condo with full kitchen which was very clean and neat. we heard the crashing waves of the Atlantic all night which I loved. Sure there are some things that could be upgraded, but the beach attitude is a forgiving one for us. We loved the staff, they were very helpful and kind. Great location, minutes from Sebastian inlet and just take a ride down A1A for a great feel for the space coast. Melbourne downtown is awesome! We loved it all.
